The SHA will hold its annual general meeting (AGM) on May 7, 2024 at Clearwater Arena Lower Hall with the meeting commencing at 7:00 pm.
The purpose of the AGM is for;
1. Hearing and receiving reports and statements required by the Association at an annual general meeting
2. Electing such officers as are to be elected at such Annual General Meeting
3. Appointing an auditor or person to conduct a review engagement of the Associations financial records
4. The transaction of any other business properly brought before the meeting, and
5. Amending the constitution and bylaws of the Association.
The Board of Directors have approved the updated SHA By-law #1 to comply with the Ontario Not For Profit Corporations Act (ONCA). This is available at the link provided below.

The resolution to be voted on will be as follows: “The by-law of SHA is repealed and the new general by-law No. 1 which has been submitted to this meeting is approved.”
To be eligible to vote at the AGM, a SHA Member must have attended two ordinary meetings in the past season.
Board meetings are open to all members.
Members (those who may vote) are any person who has attended two meetings, and:
1. is at least eighteen (18) years old,
2. is a resident of Lambton County; and
3. is a parent/ guardian, team official or volunteer with the Association.
