5.12 MID-SEASON STAFF CHANGES See SHA Policy 3.04
If there are any changes to a bench staff during the season, the appropriate Rep League Director must be notified. In addition, the SHA Registrar must be contacted so the team roster can be adjusted to reflect the change. If there are new additions to the bench staff (prior to January 10th), their VSC and/or SDF must be completed as per OHF Vulnerable Sector Checks Process.
There can be no additions to the team roster after January 10th of the current season.
